How do I book my first appointment?
Start with a brief online intake or call us at (888) 831-3314. We’ll match you with a provider and schedule a consultation — typically within 48 hours.
What happens during the initial consult?
Your provider reviews your medical history, current medications, symptoms, and goals. Most consults run 30–60 minutes. We do not prescribe before reviewing your bloodwork.
How long until I start treatment?
Most patients begin their protocol within 1–2 weeks of intake — once labs are back and your medical provider has designed your plan. Some protocols (IV therapy, in-clinic procedures) can begin the same day.

Is hormone therapy covered by insurance?
In many cases, hormone therapy is considered elective and not covered by traditional insurance. VidaVital Medical offers affordable monthly plans, packages, and lab-testing bundles to make care accessible. We’re transparent with pricing and provide payment options that fit your budget.
How much does ED or testosterone treatment cost?
Treatment costs vary based on the type (oral, injectable, compounded), dosage, and testing required. On average, programs start around $199–$299/month, including medical provider oversight and prescriptions.
Can I pay with HSA or FSA?
Yes. Most of our services and memberships are HSA/FSA eligible. We can provide receipts for reimbursement submissions.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. For larger packages and ongoing protocols, VidaVital offers monthly plans, packages, and lab-testing bundles. Discuss the options with our team during your intake.

Treatment & safety.
How we source medications, monitor your labs, and protect your information.
Are your medications FDA-approved?
Most are. For protocols using compounded medications (peptides, compounded GLP-1, compounded testosterone), we source from licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies. We discuss the regulatory status of every prescription with you.
What are the side effects?
Side effects vary by treatment. We screen for contraindications during your intake, start at the lowest effective dose, and adjust based on tolerance.
How is my health information protected?
VidaVital is HIPAA-compliant. Every consult is confidential. Medications ship in plain packaging. We never share your information with third parties.

Telehealth & clinic visits.
How telehealth works and which protocols require an in-clinic visit.
Can I do everything via telehealth?
Many protocols (ED, BHRT, weight loss, hair restoration) work entirely through telehealth. Procedures that require in-clinic visits (pellet inserts, PRP / O-Shot, shockwave therapy, Femtouch laser, ICP injections, IV therapy) need at least one visit. We’ll let you know during intake.
Which states do you serve via telehealth?
We serve patients in most U.S. states via telehealth. Some prescriptions have state-specific restrictions; we’ll confirm during your intake. Each of our five clinic locations also covers in-state telehealth.
Which clinic should I visit?
Whichever is closest. Our five clinics — Las Vegas, Albuquerque, Coral Gables, Brookfield, and Omaha — all offer the same standard of care, including in-clinic IV therapy. Visit /locations/ for full addresses.
